- Length: 12 months (1 year)
- Goal: Prepare pilots for airline operations and First Officer hiring pools
- Minimum entry: Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with instrument rating; 250+ hours preferred
- Estimated flight hours: 100-1200 flight hours of supervised operations (depends on candidate baseline)
- Format: Blended — ground school, simulators (AATD/FTD), and line-oriented flight training with mentorship
